Review Meetings

Litigation & Case Management

We provide a complete litigation service in defence of claims in Employment Tribunals. This ranges from drafting an ET3 and attending interlocutory hearings through to representation at a full hearing. Our case management service includes conducting negotiations with an employee’s solicitor and Acas, case preparation and, if appropriate, post-tribunal reviews.
